Error in inbound /SAPSLL/CUS_INBOUND processing Message No. /SAPSLL/CUS_ECC008 Message Type I2400

Hi All,

Business Scenario:- Export customs declaration.

Issue:- While processing I2400 message simulating with option "Acceptance: Status 17" it is working correctly and updating to declaration document.

If we select "Cancellation: Status 38" IDOC status applied to 51-Error in inbound processing.

Analysis from my End:-

1. Partner Profile WE20

properly Message type and process code mapped.

2. Message type configuration.

3. Customs Code List

Customs code list 38 mapped against legal regulation.

Kindly suggest anything is missing from my end.

Hi All,

Thanks Dave for your help, error was appearing due to missing of activity sequence "Subsequent Cancellation" .

Hi Arun,

I can see one possible issue in your screen-prints: the Message definition (I2400) should have field "Message Variant" filled with value 'DE', to match the same value in the WE20 settings.
