Error in Dispatcher Instance - A messageQueueEntry cannot be removed 2 times from the queue

Hi Experts,

I have seen the below error message almost everyday in the SAP CC Dispatcher instance trace file.

[Sensor] - A messageQueueEntry cannot be removed 2 times from the queue.#

Could you please let me know why this error occurs? Will this error have impact anywhere in the system? How can we avoid this error?

I'm still investigating this, but the logs/traces of your instances, as well as a description of the processes running when the error happen, will certainly be necessary.
Can you please open an OSS ticket for this issue, and reference this question, so we know they're about the same incident? This way, we can exchange information that's not to be disclosed publically.

Hi Hussain,

This is an error-level message and it's not expected in the trace files, but it probably comes from an issue that has already been fixed.
To let us check that, can you please tell us the exact number of your Convergent Charging release?
The easiest way to get it is to log into admin+ and run the command below:

get VERSION

If you need to send sensitive information (trace files, information about the operations you are running when the error appears), you may open an OSS ticket, and tell us that it's related with this SAP Community question.

Is it due to the fact that we are not upgraded to latest version mentioned in the below SAP note?
