Error in Dispatcher Instance - A messageQueueEntry cannot be removed 2 times from the queue

Hi Experts,

I have seen the below error message almost everyday in the SAP CC Dispatcher instance trace file.

[Sensor] - A messageQueueEntry cannot be removed 2 times from the queue.#

Could you please let me know why this error occurs? Will this error have impact anywhere in the system? How can we avoid this error?

I'm still investigating this, but the logs/traces of your instances, as well as a description of the processes running when the error happen, will certainly be necessary.
Can you please open an OSS ticket for this issue, and reference this question, so we know they're about the same incident? This way, we can exchange information that's not to be disclosed publically.
