Error in ClearAllCachesToget-Excel

Hi,

We are on SAPKW73010,SAPK-80010INCPMBPC.

EPM version is SP14.

One user reported that he is getting "Error in ClearAllCachesToget-Excel" quiet often.

I asked him to "Clear Metadata Cache" from More options.But didn't work.When he get this issue,he is closing all the excel sheets and some times restarting the machine.Is there any other solution for this?

N.B:Upgrade project is in progress,we will be in SAPKW73015,SAPK-80021INCPMBPC and EPM25 in one month time.

Please let me know if any solution other than "upgrade".

Just try to upgrade only EPM client...

Unfortunately the system is very old!
