error in calculating parents in Hierarchies

Hi Gurus,

I have report where the value is getting displayed for the base time member if expanded to the base level. if the time dimension is collapsed to the Quarter level it is not getting aggregated unless it is expanded to the base member( Screen shot attached)

EPM sheet options -->  calculate parents in hierarchies is selected

Please help

Hi Krishna,

This is issue is only for some periods(quarters) or for all the periods?

If this issue is particular to one quarter/year,delete the hierarchy,save it off line.

Re create the hierarchy.

Once we had similar issue.1 month data was not rolled up to quarter or to year.(Though the hierarchy looks fine).

HI Krishna,

Please give the screenshot of the time dimension.....with properties shown. What is the measures used? Periodic or YTD model?

What are the type of accounts used? INC, LEQ,AST,EXP?
