Error in Admin module or a component used by Admin module Detected duplicate member

Hello Guys,

We have recently restored an environment of BPC NW 10.1 Standard . While running a DM package on the restored environment we are getting above mentioned error. I did research on this issue on various forums and came across many posts and discussion. However even after implementing the solutions and SAP Note 2477835 the issue remains the same.Every time we change the hierarchy of any dimension of BPC, we get this issue and then running the program UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE processes the dimension successfully however we are still looking for concrete solution yet.

Appreciate any other solution that's not been covered on existing posts or SAP notes.

We have since resolved this issue by manually updating the conversion file in BPC that's associated with 0ACCOUNT. Re-running the package for 0ACCOUNT in BPC delivered a 'successful' result.

I am also getting the above error message in BPC10.1 following the alteration of a hierarchy in ECC via KDH2 (and then loaded into BW). In our case, it follows modification of a 0ACCOUNT hierarchy in BW by the insertion of new nodes.
