error for generating Crystal report

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know how do i solve the error for generating Crystal report.

i get the following error, Error code name: dbLogonFailed

at com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKLogonException.throwReportSDKLogonException.

That is a Java error.

What version of CR and/or Java SDK are you using?
