This question pertains to SAP BPC 7.5 MS.
We have been unsuccessful in trying to backup and restore a copy of our production appset to our development server. When trying to process a dimension we receive the following error:
Error connecting to OLAP: The following system error occurred: No such host is known. (K2logic)
We are trying to restore the database in our dev server for testing which is a MS SQL 2008 Developer Edition server.
The connection to the Analysis Services server has been tested successfully, security has been updated, and K2Logic.dll has been re-registered but the error still occurs.
Any advice on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
