Error : Annual budget exceeded (FMAVC005) in ML81N

Hi All.

We are having a issue with budget control check.
We have a purchase order with service line item with a amount of 457.779,54BRL.
Despite its still having more then 156.320,37BRL of budget commitment, when we try to enter a Service Entry Sheet(ML81N) with a total amount of 43.023,60BRL, system show us a message of Budget exceed(FMAVC 005).
We´ve had already tried to change the item data to update de commitment, but this do not worked

Anyone could sugest something?
