Hi Experts,

I am getting an Error when I click on Process Instance " THERE WAS A PROBLEM RETRIEVING THE LIST OF TEMPLATES INTERNAL SERVER OCCURED" . And it is not showing any of the Earlier Process Instances .(Screen shot attached)

I have deleted a Process Template in Backend BW using Table "UJB_TMPL" after that when I logged in to BPC and clicked to see Process Instance it has  given above mentioned error message.

And DUMP error in BW.(Attached Dump Error )

Please Help . It is very Urgent as we have kicked in Budget Cycle and this issue came. got stuck here.

We are running at  : SAP BPC 10nw SP12  and EPM addin SP14.

Sorry Manoj,

But what was the idea behind: "I have deleted a Process Template in Backend BW using Table "UJB_TMPL""??? Do you always change SAP internal tables?

Restore server from backup!

Hi Vadim,

I wanted to delete one Process Instance in BPF , While doing this , I have deleted the Process Template which I don't need from the Backend BW system using Table UJB_TMPL.

I never change system Table, since I wasn't able to delete Process Instance. I try doing through Backend. After this I am having this Error in BPC.

Apart from Restoring from Backup, do we have any other solution.

This is in Quality System , and we might not have updated Backup of Qa system.

Please suggest.

Thanks

"I have deleted the Process Template which I don't need from the Backend BW system using Table UJB_TMPL." - this is a direct modification of the system table UJB_TMPL. Not allowed!

Thanks Vadim,

So now I am only left with Option Restore and Back Up. Right.

Thanks

Looks like yes!

You can see there are a lot of tables UJB_TMPL* ...

Thanks Vadim,

I resolved this issue without doing Restore and Back Up.

Thanks

Hi Allen,

Whatever was done to resolve the problem, I don't think we can regard that as a general recommendation.  Internal tables are out of bound for any modification for a good reason, they could change from one release to another.  That means there is no general way of restoring them manually.

Leila
