EPMFormattingSheet Format cells date

Dear All,

I'm having a situation about the date format.

1. Network is in the date format MM/DD/YYYY

2. the users want to input the date DD/MM/YYY

I did tried in the EPMFormattingSheet, Format Cell put the CUSTOm DD/MM/YYYY. Once I save it, it is fine (my computer is dd/mm/yyyy)

But, if another station open it the "custom" configuration is lost.. came back to the MM/DD/YYYY

any solution for enforce always the DD/MM/YYYY Independently the computer network or so?

Also if you change data format it will affect only view of the cell, data input have to be done with default format for this PC
