EPM Addin- SP37/BPC10.1 standard/BW7.5

Friends,

We have several standard reports with multiple tabs, and they take time(column axis) from the context member [Context member of time is locked(at workbook level) for the open month).

We recently upgraded to SP37, and have noticed that =epmcontextmember(dimension) does not reflect context selection on opening of a report. If there is already an excel/report open with an older month, the standard reports takes the time from the last opened report's context selection. (data is still correct, but the display of the period in the report is erroneous)

Only when the standard reports are refreshed the epmcontext reflects correctly in the column axis.

This holds true for other dimensions like category too.

Tried with an old EPMXLClientPreference.xml and Ran UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE, no luck.

In general I prefer not to use EPMContextMember at all. Only EPMSelectMamber.
