EPM User Options Not working/EPM Member selector EPM 10.0 SP 38

Hi All,

While double clicking EPM Member selector it is not launching and keeps loading in the user machine. Also when we try to open user options the excel gets hung. This is observed only in the user machine. When user tried their access in a different assets it works. Could you please provide you suggestion on the this.
