EPM report Crash and close automatically after do refresh in SAP BPC 10 NW

Hi friends,

Beside EPM Report tab, have a Pivot sheet which is reading data from EPM Report. When we do refresh excel got crashed and close automatically. Can someone help me below?

Yes, we are working in different locations. And in a file we don't have any macros also.

Macros are not the only reason for report crash... Can be simply report complexity!

Sorry, but there is no magic solution to prevent report crash. It depends on report complexity.

Yes, The same report is working in my system, but its strange not working in my users system.
