EPM Powerpoint and Word Add-in - Error Refreshing

Hi masters,

I'm starting using PowerPoint and Word functionalities in BPC 10.0 , and I'm trying to create a PowerPoint presentation.

To test it, I'm creating a very simple report, with a single account in the Rows and the Base Members of TIME dimension, based on the current view. When I create it, it expands correctly, but when I try to refresh it I got the following error:

PS: I'm getting the same error in Word Add-in. Excel is working perfectly though.

Do you guys have any ideas? It is necessary to do some kind off pre-setting in this 2 Add-ins?

I tried to create a similar report in powerpoint and everything is looking good. I am able to refresh with no issues.

I would suggest you to create a report on an ENVIRONMENTSHELL model and see if the problem persists. The error you are getting is very generic.
