EPM on INA provider does not return dimension (characteristic members)

I have several models in BPC 10.1 embedded.  I have created input ready queries and can run them in BEx Analyzer.

However, when I try to open them or the input forms that I created in the BPC Web Client in the EPM Excel Add-in, I am getting the column data (fiscal yearperiod and keyfigures) but the row data (ie. cost center, cost element etc) are empty.  And the dropboxes for the characteristics also do NOT return any members.

Does anyone else have this problem?  Any solutions?

After implementing the two SAP notes mentioned in the above note, the problem was solved.

Which version of EPM do you have installed?

always try the latest, SP21 patch 3

What versions are are you on and are they aligned to Note 2103585 ?

Also make sure you have implemented the BW Notes listed in 2148240 - List of BW notes required for EPM Addin
