EPM Member Selector blank

Friends,

Env - BPC10.1 standard on hana/ EPM Addin - SP 37 Patch 1

I have a user whose member selector is blanked out (in context as well as in the edit report). The user options and context options are also blanked out. Sheet and command display is good.

Steps taken.

• Uninstalled and installed back the EPM Add-in
• Repaired the office online
• Machine restart
• File-->Option-->General, click on the Optimize for compatibility for "when using multiple displays" option.
• Cleared and refreshed meta data cache

Let me know if you have any pointers.

Try to uninstall MS Office.

Thanks Vadim, I will give it a try. I did not get this behavior from other users till now.

Also for the time being, I had uninstalled SP37 and installed SP28 back to complete the close activities.

The context looked all good with SP28. Is this a problem with MS office or Support Pack

I raise a sap ticket, and the help suggested to install SP38 patch 2.

Office uninstall is the only step pending here. Tried installing sp38 patch 2, same issue.

Changed graphics display settings, no luck

Will update the ticket.
