EPM Local Connection BW - Input Form Save Data

Hi,

I have created a local connection to a real-time BW infocube and have connected via local connection to EPM. The EPM reports works as expected during reporting to slice and dice data.

What I am currently trying to do is to change the report to an input form to allow the data to be updated into the infocube. EPM allows the changes and once 'Save Data' is clicked it does not recognize the data changes (There is no data to save)

Have anyone experience a similar issue or have experience with the scenario above? Thank you.

Hi Ivan,

You can not save data to BW cubes using local connection.

It is not supported in EPM.

You can only read data from BW cubes.
