EPM Input schedule is not working for one of the user

Hi All,

One of the Business user facing below issue:

In a Input Schedule user is selecting the following contexts:

Business:                 1000

Planning Version:      FC_WORKING

Reference Version:   Actual

When user refreshes the input schedule from the "SCHEDULE LIBRARY" no data getting displayed.

But the same input form saved on to the  "TEMPLATE FOLDER" and user can able refresh and see the data.

Please let me know the reason why it's happening for this particular user and also let me know the reason why it's not working the same input schedule when the user open it from the "SCHEDULE LIBRARY".

Hi Leila,

Thanks a lot for your reply.

BPC Version we are using 10.0 and SP12. When the user refresh the request has been sent to the server and it's showing all blank rows.

Same Input schedule when he using from the Template Folder it's working fine and he can see the data when he refresh.

Hello Sekhar,

Check whether that user have access to that folder or not..

Use that user credentials and try to login another work station if the problem still persists or not..

Hello,

Please provide your BPC client and server versions and SP#.  You stated when user tries to refresh data from the server and nothing returns.  Can you confirm the user’s request is being sent to the server and what is being returned?  Usually you can see the MDX query in the application logs through SLG1.
