EPM Error: "Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action"

Hello Experts,

We are facing following error while logging to BPC (EPM Addin):

"Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action"

It is occurring multiple times on a single log in instance.

We have already tried with following:

1. Applied steps mentioned in SAP Note - 1644784
2. Steps mentioned in the link - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3001579/an-error-occurred-when-sending-commands-to-the-prog...

P.S. BPC NW - 10.1 (Standard), Office 2016 & EPM Addin 10.0 SP 29 Patch 01. Suggestions are appreciated.
