EPM can't pull data out

Dear consultant or EPM talent,

My EPM can't pull data out from yesterday, but it works well before yesterday, i can pull out data by using my ID on others computer? Others can't pull data out if they logon their ID on my computer. now i'm totally lost, is there any expert can provide some clue to me?

try uninstall and install EPM add on again.

which version of EPM add on are you using?

Hi Lucius,

I think, you might have checked Freeze Data Refresh option on your EPM. Please check it:

Goto EPM tab -->More --> Freeze Data Refresh.
