Hi,

according to my knowledge the context is frozen why  because the context is locked with the help of the options .In options we have 1.sheet options 2.user options 3.context options .check it with the context option whether any dimension is locked or all the dimensions are locked and one more issue is the data is not retrieved after refresh for this check it whether the freeze option is active or try it with the option which we have in EPM report editor - option we have the 1.remove data values and zero values 2.keep all 3.remove empty something like that check with that.

Hello Mahesh,

context is not locked and options in Editor are properly set.

I and aslo many other users can use the context and retrieve data in the same report.

It is not a problem linked to the report or user, but it's a problem linked to the user's pc.

Thank you

Marta

Hello Vadim,

The Context is frozen - it is not possible to select any member.

And after refresh no data appears, but there are data to be shown.

I've already applied SAP Note 2073553 to change in FPMXClient.dll.config "DelayPaneUpdate = true", but it didn't solve the issue.

Please which kind of info do you need to help me?

A lot of questions:

1. What is the difference between affected and not affected users?

2. Have you tested resent EPM SP?

3. What is the environment of the affected users - windows, office etc??

4. Do you have issues with network?

1.EPM and BPC version are the same for all users

2.I didn't tested, but I have the same version of the user affected and on my and many others PC BPC is working properly

3.Office version 14.0.6029.1000

   2010 standard

4.No

I don't know if there some updates on pc that can damage some BPC functionalitis

Thank you

What about MS Office updates? Have you read SAP notes about updates effect?

Is it the user or PC issue? If user will log in on another PC will it work?

Vadim,

Last updates are shown in the attachment.

No Vadim, I didn't read issue about updates effect.

The issue is linked to the pc becuase the user can work on another one.
