Env BPC 10.1 Standard. Microsoft Office 365 EPM Add-in SP 28
Basis team configured all our users to use SSO four years back when we went live with the application.(kerbos)
Off late, we have received tickets from our users across different countries, that their sso is not working in epm add-in.
It prompts for a password. I have looked into the account, it looks active and users are able to login to SAP GUI using SSO.
EPM Add-in and Web Interface prompts for passwords. The users have not updated the windows password recently either.
This is not happening for all the users, only few of them reported this issue. Their ECC access works well with SSO.
Do you have any suggestions. Thanks for your time.

Update - if anyone faces a similar issue
There was a time lag between the OS time and the application server time. (more than 5 min,)
This created a problem with the kerberos tokens. There is an allowed time difference of 5 min between the OS and application time. Once the time difference got fixed at Unix level, the token in tcode SPNEGO showed green and the issue is resolved.
