EPM Add-in SP 29 - Excel 2016 - Trusted Publishers - Performance issues

Dear people,

A migration from Office 2010 to Office 2016 is planned on my company and I am checking possible issues in a test environment machine.

We have MS 10.0 SP 23 PATCH 2 and decided to try the newest SP 29 on this machine.

1. The performance on this SP 29 on our oldest EVDRE reports has decreased 15-20 seconds average compared to SP 23.
   Does anyone have this problem?
   Is there any requirements on the server side on this client SP?
   
2. Office 2016 security settings by default in my company set to disable the EPM Plug-in,
   Each user need to add to the trusted publishers the SAP SE?
   Do you know how to renovate this?
   
3. Office 2016 Security: by default Macros are disabled, so everyone that opens a new report/template with macros, need to enable them every time.
   
   Do I need to digitally sign the Macros and make the Admins to Trust this signature by default to solve this?
   
   Security settings in our office 2010 allow EPM Macros by default, I assume because we do not have right now this Trusted publishers option.

1. I can recommend SP28 patch 3 (less bugs compared to SP29).

2-3 - not related to EPM, just talk to you windows administration team to make necessary domain policy corrections.

In general digital signature for in house developed VBA code is not a bad idea. I have generated selfsigned sertificate for VBA signing and add it to trusted publishers for the domain.

I will test the SP 28 P2.

An update: As Vadim said, SP 28 Patch 3 is much more stable! I've got same/best results as in the SP 23 Patch 3.

(it says Patch for SBOP EPM ADD-IN BIG VOL. 10.0 SP28 So i did not saw it)
