Hi All,
I'm having trouble in setup EPM for Microsoft Office 365 Excel 64-bits for user's computer
We're able to connect to BPC in my excel and load the data
But Excel is not able to show the menu, nor the dialog (Eg. Upload file dialog) correctly. (See below image)

Below Upload Dialog is not able to show the text / button
But it works actually if you click on the right position (i.e. The button works but just not being display)

It would be great if someone could share the experience or direction in troubleshooting will be much appreciated
Below please find the detail component I have installed so far:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OS:
- Win10 Pro 20H2 19042.1415
Office Version:
- Microsoft365 Version 2111 Build 16.0.14701.20254) 64-bits
EPM Version: (Test in below two version)
- 10.0 SP 38 Patch 2 .NET 4.7.2 x64 Build 10923
- 10.0 SP 37 Patch 1 .NET 4.7.2 x64 Build 10732

I've seen this issue with several customers. Microsoft released this article discussing incompatibility issues with SAP caused by a combination of versions of Office/Window. However, the article confuses me when it writes: "You're running Windows 10 with a lower version than 1809, and you update your Microsoft Office instance to version 1806 or higher."
The windows version makes sense in that 1809 is similar to numbers found in about windows settings. However, I can't find anything that resembles, "Microsoft Office instance" of 1806. When looking at "About Excel" I see versions similar to what was posted in this question (2111 Build 16.0.14701.20254) 64-bits. Given 1806's similarity to the Windows version, perhaps this is an error in the article?
Regardless, the only solution I've seen is to downgrade Windows to prior patch. If anyone has more info, please share.

Test another patches - 6?
Also check screen resolution and magnification.

Thank you for your reply
I've try all other resolution (1024x768 ~ 1920x1080) and magnification (75%~150%) but it won't helped
I'm not S-User and I'll try to ask our HQ to get the other patch for testing
(Our HQ is not using 64-bits office and hence the SP/Patch they're using not works for 64-bits
But we've needs to change to 64-bits Office and BPC is mandatory)
Other than BPC SP/Patch, if there are any dependence on each version/patch required?
(Eg. the Visual Studio C++ Redistribution version...etc)
