EPM Add in Excel not showing data in some rows

Dear All we are having a weird issue.

We are using BPC 10.1 on Microsoft and we were all able to view data.

But after using for some days. some users can not view data in some rows of excel and the user was able to view until yesterday. where as other users can see the data in their respective system for the same sheet. The data is available in cubes as well.

I tried to delete metadata cache and still the same issue. There is no authorization issue as well.

Pls help.
