EPM Add-in Context bar dimensions greyed out

Hi All,

BPC standard. SP 37, patch1

I have few users complain of EPM Context bar dimension getting greyed out in the past weeks. EPM Add-in Software was uninstalled and installed back, Microsoft office was repaired and the excel version is same for every one in the company. the excel interface option is set for "optimize for compatibility"

Any ideas are appreciated.

I had this issue for months and no one was able to find a solution. I finally changed the Excel Office Theme from 'Use system setting' to any one of the other settings (colorful, dark gray, black, white) and the problem was finally resolved.

Hi, Try changing excel office theme to white or black. It doesn't work yet with others.

User has changed the theme to white , black and grey for testing.

The Dimension members do not show up, only the color of the context changes to the color chosen
