epm add-in 10 sp25 no link from web page BPC Home page

I used to have EPM ADD-IN 23.

Yesterday I wanted to install EPM 25 and it works from Excel.

I have just seen that from the web page there isn't anymore the link to excel, I can run EPM Office Add-in for word, for power point but no link for excel

Why?

Hi,

Try to clear cache, temperory files from internet explorer and start internet explorer again.

Ask the IT department to recreate your user profile. I faced the same problem after upgrading to Windows 10. Use to access it remotely. After recreating the issue was resolved.

what do you mean to recreate user profile?

Michele its best if you ask this to the IT people.....Honestly I also dont know technically what they do.

Its not SAP specific or Product specific..... I think its the entire user profile. My guess is with Windows.
