Environment shows offline in BPC Web though is online

Hi,

I just migrated my system to BPC 10.1 NW and when I try to access to the system from BPC Web Client it shows the message: "The Environment is currently offline. Contact your administrator". I have checked the status of the enviroment from "Manage all environments" and it is online. I checked it in the backend system and it is online too. I tried to switch the status to offline and online and it was updated correctly in both systems but the message keeps showing in the web. I don't know what is happening. Could anyone please help me?

May be system restart will help 🙂

Thanks for your response. My Basis team just restarted the system and I keep getting the same message even though the environment is online. Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

Thanks for all your help. My actual version is 750 and my SP level is SP16. On the other hand, my EPM version is 10.0 SP 35. Do you need any additional information?

No idea in general - I see no SAP notes for your version...

May be the migration was done somehow incorrectly...

Thanks for your response! I am completely lost with this error, I have checked post migration checks through "UJA_DATA_CHECKER" and I haven't seen nothing related with it 😞

Something was done incorrectly in the setup and conversion...
