Entitlement Model creation

Hi Experts,

We need to design an entitlement model,

We have a requirement where we have an offering(Material) in entitlement generation payload and this offering has multiple offers(discounts) and these discounts has characteristics(Attributes), The name of the characteristics under offers is same but has different values.

Could you please help us how we can design the entitlement models.

Hi Vinay,

You can create an entitlement model, assign it to multiple offerings, and then instantiate customer entitlements for different offering using the same entitlement model but with different quantities and different values assigned to attributes.
