The version is GRC 10 SP13. We have a typical situation here with escalation. In a request, lets say several roles are selected moving to role approval for each one. Our issue is that the entire request gets escalated even after approvals by certain role approvers which should not be the case.
- We have already considered notes 2008881, 2000779 & 1902549 with no luck yet.
- Have ensured the Approval level as role in workflow too.
- The role owners (both standard approver & escalated approver) are determined through decision tables in BRF+.
- Our condition columns in DT are Req type, Role name, BP, Company & result columns as Userid (approver), line item and notify series.
Now how can we ensure that the request gets escalated only for the roles that are not approved at the standard first level ?
