Enhancing existing model - Impacts

Hi Friends,

I need to enhance one model by adding new dims. This model's configuration (templates, BPFs, DM packages, logics, BAdis, Data access profiles-DAP) already in production system.

Now enhancing that model in development system and I cleared model's data.

Do I need to re-deploy or modify BPF templates in order to BPF to work correctly ?

As well with DAP, do I need to save profiles as I am not changing secured dims settings?

Hi Kumar,

It all depends if you going to use the new dimension in your BPF, test it and see if needs redeployment.

and for DAP, no, you don't need to change anything as the new dimension is not a secured dimension.
