Hello,
Please make sure that the Status from the Environmnet is question (from BPC Beb Admin > select the environment W changes Status to "available") is available and test again.

Thought to post this in case it may help others.
The reason for the environment not being available in our case was due to some Patch updates which caused some of the BPC Services to not run as these were set to Manual. Issue had been rectified when the Services were run.
