I would like to ask why we are getting the error "Emptying of the bulkloader failed in SAP Convergent Charging" during the Rerating using the tcode FKKINV_REVTASK_MON.

Hi Karl,

To get the initial error message generated by CC itself, can you please check the bulkloader's logs and traces?
There might be something wrong with your exportable item classes. For example, if you recently changed the list of fields, CC may no longer be able to generate the corresponding billable items.

If you need help analysing the CC logs, you may send the error message here or, if you have sensitive information, you may prefer opening a support ticket.
