Hello Friends,
Configured SCOT (tcode) settings, and email templates are in active state. Emails are not triggered from BPC 11.1 system (standard version). Customer security policy says, emails should be triggered from single generic email id.
Do have any detailed documentation on triggering of emails for below scenarios:
1. BPF instance is created and actions are taken
2. Instance is completed and ready to be finalized
3. Reviewers are notified by e-mail when a step region is ready for review.
4. Upon work status change.

All scenario mentioned in your post are possible. Kindly check below points for email setup
1) SMTP connection settings from the SAPconnect Administration
2) SCOT - Mail Host, Mail Port
3) BPC service user with email ID.
4) owners / reviewers ID / Team in dimension property.
