Email functionality in BPC 10.0 NW

SAP BPC 10.0 NW

Hi Gurus,

we have a requirement to create a step in BPF in the Budgeting Process as follows.

BPF Steps

1. Send an Email to the Planners to update the Budget Estimates against the projects.

2. Input the B.E using Input Forms.

and so on

My question is do we have any functionality so send email with a subject "Please submit the Budget estimate for ______ year against the projects under your respective zones

From

XXXX "

I Believe Email notification functionality only notifies if there is a status change for the activities.

Please suggest.
