Email address change not reflected in DFKKCOLL_CH

hi All,

the actual requirement behind below is when ever the business partner master data is changes then the changed information should shared to collection agency by using FPCI

i debugged the FQ event 1729 in that below issue i am facing.

when changing Email address for business partner under communication it was saved the change in DFKKCOLL_CH (please refer DFKKCOLL_CH Image, communication images) works as expected and information shared to collection agency through file,

but when i changed the Email address in Address independent communication then Email address is not saved in DFKKCOLL_CH ( please refer address independent-communication image) file is also not getting generated so collection agency is not receiving any changed information .

can any one have any idea how to log Email address change under address independent-communication for BP in DFKKCOLL_CH. is there any configuration required for the same?
