EIKP/EIKO- Foreign trade header/item table not updating in S/4HANA

hi,

we have export scenario and country of orgin and destination maintained in shipping point and the ship to party. however, after delivery document creation, i could see only indicator (field) "EXNUM" as X in Table LIKP. There are no entries updated in EIKP table (foreign trade header) with reference to the delivery document. This is happening in S/4 1709.

any idea as to why system is not updating the foreign trade number in S/4 system?

2223144 - I think this is no longer supported in S4, I am also now analysing this fact during pre check, and as far as I know SAP GTS must be used.
