Na Nota 1523958 - EFD-Contributions New Legal File no anexo EFD_Contributions_Content_File_v9.zip esse registro não é nem mencionado.
Acho que você terá que usar a BADI_J_1BPIS no Método FILL_REGISTER_C175 para popular esse registro.
