Earmarked Fund number for reservation while creating Work order

Can we assign Earmarked fund while creating reservation through work order?

My requirement is Earmarked fund number should assign to reservation automatically when i create work order?

IW31 – work order creation-While creating work order through IW31,we are getting reservation specific to order but not Earmarked funds number.Customer requirement is we need to get dynamically earmarked fund number as and when reservation creation.

Yes i have seen it, but customer wants this requirement.

While creating Work order through IW31,need to check availability of budget and continue with Reservation and need to assign earmarkedfund number or if we don't have budget availability then we should through message before saving work order.

Well, your role as SAP consultant would be explaining the customer how it works in this particular system. Of course, there is always a place for the development.

can anyone know about what are the tables that we need to check if we need budget availability?

Before creating Earmarked fund number we need to validate the budget availability.
