EAM workflow - Error - GRC AC 12.0

Dear Friends, Doing a PoC for EAM workflow set up and getting this error message - Screen shot enclosed.

" Item '0001' resulted to ";cannot resolve path; check routing mapping "

" Request submit failed; error in MSMP submit method "

Please advice.

This error is probably related to your initiator.

Please provide mode details about it so we can try to understand what is happening.

Hi Raj,

KBA 2931254 is valid for the issue you are facing. Make sure that the BRF+ decision table only has operator EQUALS TO, and not others like "IS BETWEEN", "GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO" (GE), "LOWER THAN OR EQUAL TO" (LE). Even if it was working prior to the upgrade, those operators are not recommended and can be the reason behind the issue.
