We are currently using FF Log review in my organization, It is set up to review individual FF sessions which for controllers can take up to 2 hrs per day to do. This indicates two issues - one being that BAU activities are currently being done using FF ID's & the second is there a way to create a workflow for EAM Summary log reviews? Is it possible to do this?
