EAM log report review and FF request reference

Hi Experts,

When the controllers get EAM Log Review report there is no option to relate the logs to corresponding FF ID requests.I am wondering whether SAP came up with any note on this requirement so approvers can relate the logs to appropriate EAM requests.

Madhu - last time I saw you created an incident on this requirement, did you get any solution back from SAP?

Hi Bhanu,

Yes, we created the incident but reality is EAM log review workflow how it fetches the logs and creates the Workflow request and how users request FF IDs via GRC requests are completely different concepts.

SAP confirmed that they don't support now and will consider in future release

To address this we defined a process in our environment where users should enter Firefighter Request Number and SIR number (Incident number) under Reason code description and since FF IDs are used only by few key users, this process helped to address the concern and even the users are following the process correctly.
