EAM - Fire Fighter Log Report Review Workflow

Hello community,

I'm having some issues with the automatic workflow log report review.

We have two systems created for our GRC EAM, for the first one the reports are generating properly and If I try to view it using NWBC > Search Request > Fire Fighter Log Report Review Workflow, I'm able to see it without issues.

The other system is not generating the workflow, I've checked the following notes without luck:

2122027 - Identify workflow generated for FFID session

1934127 - GRC10 EAM: EAM recovery program to retrieve missing log and to generate the missing workflows

Any idea about why one of them is generating perfectly and the other one it isn't.
