Hello GTS Experts,
I have few cases in my Atlas Customs Declaration Processing where the inbound EAB is not attached to the Customs Declaration. We have received the I2410. However, We do not see the attachment in the Customs Declaration. German Customs has confirmed that the EBD (Exportbegleitdokument) has been sent from their end. Seeburger has also confirmed that the document was pushed to our systems.
Is there a way to retrieve these .pdfs. I have tried to run the report /N/SAPSLL/ECC_EDI_MES. However I am not able to get any document from there.
