E0012 email message not getting activated after receiving reply from customs.

Hello Gurus,

I have done required settings such that E0012 -E-Mail Transit Accompanying Document will be updated on transit declaration, i have maintained TRZAM as process activity and also in subsequent functions, E0012 has been updated in declaration but the email message not getting active and sending email to default mail id maintained for email trigger.

The Activites for each Declaration are recorded in table /SAPSLL/LEGACT, with reference to the GUID of the Declaration. One of the Activities will be "active", and your Message type must be assigned to that Activity in order to be available for output.

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your reply, i did check message activity and it has been assigned, i have maintained default email ID and i have received PDF attachment from customs, how ever i was not able to send this PDF to the email id maintained in default data. please guide me on this.

Hi Swathi,

You haven't asked any question, but I expect you are wondering why the message is not active?

A message generally becomes active when:

• It has been determined in the Declaration, and
• The message is assigned to the current Activity, in customising.

Perhaps you forgot the second point? Otherwise, perhaps you could provide more information about the set-up, and what exactly is happening?

you are correct in identifying the issue,

I did maintain E0012 email message in customizing which has got determined in declaration.

I did maintained message E0012 in Define messages, process activity TRZAM in control settings for transit documents.

Can you please give more information about current activity?
