Hello Guys,
In one of my client email address is not been stored in ADR6 table even after saving the email address field in BP change mode

Value are not stored in ADR6 level

I'm facing the same issue, could you please let me know how did you solve it?
I've found out that the ADR6 table is updated if I change something in the relationship with the contact person, but I believe this should not be the way to get the table aligned.

If you dont see the Email ID defined in ADRC, try removing the email address using BP transaction and maintain once again and see.
If the problem persists, check for relevant SAP notes.

Do you see the Email maintained check box selected in ADRC for the same address number?
