E-mail address maintained in exit rules for inbound processing is invalid

Good day.

while creating a planner i keep getting this error message and have maintained the user in SO50 yet the error keeps showing. kindly assist.

Hi Adeniyi

Check the following related to inbound(SO50) configuration:

• Enter a class name, (for example, CL_GRFN_SURVEY_INBOUND) in the Exit Name column and enter an e-mail address in the Recipient Address column.
• The left side of the @ symbol is for a username that exists in your system and can act as sender of task. The right side of the @ symbol is for the default domain(SCOT Tcode) - 'User@Domain'
• The user must have SAP_GRC_FN_BASE and SAP_GRC_FN_ALL role. (Can be checked in T-code SU01)
• The submitted survey e-mail is sent to the e-mail address maintained in the Recipient Address column and then goes to the workplace inbox in the backend system.
