Dunning without dunning charges

Hi all,

Im getting an issue in dunning, for a particular CA dunning is made and it reached dunning level 5 which is the last level in our system but no dunning charge is posted! We need the dunning charges to be posted against that particular CA. Can you please let me know what might be the reason for this issue. And im new to this FICA area so please guide me to proceed further.

Thank you for your valuable response. This helped finding issue. The logic is defined in custom event 360 And it worked as per design.

Hi MohanPriya,

Please check if the configuration for the particular dunning level has the charges configured against it.

The path to configure the same is Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable >Business Transactions >Dunning > Dunning by Dunning Procedure > Dunning Procedure > Dunning Activity.
