DRC Fiori -Run Statutory Reports-app - Task created but no report

Hello - in the DRC Fiori -Run Statutory Reports-app, creating an Ad Hoc Task returns “Task has been successfully created,” but no report appears (e.g., EC Sales List, Advance VAT Return). I followed the SAP setup guide (Setting Up Statutory Reporting, tax code mappings, etc.) and posted relevant test transactions within the reporting period. I’ve rechecked configuration and data multiple times, but the report still isn’t generated. It is a Private Cloud setup and the configuration in SPRO/IMG.

Could someone advise what I might be missing or how to troubleshoot this?

Hello - thanks, the storage category is already maintained - I get the message that the Report Task is created, however a Warning message appears with No Data. FI data and basic tax customizing are correct from a business point of view (DE→DE for the VAT return; DE→FR, VAT ID, EU code 4 for the ECSL). The DRC customizing for the reports from 2025 onwards is complete and consistent (periodicity, activity keys, org unit assignment, parameters). Nevertheless, both reports (DE_VAT_ADV_RTN, DE_ECSL_DCL) in the Run Statutory Reports app always return “No data”, do not create a RUN, and only appear as “inconsistent tasks” without RUN_ID in the Cleaner. SLG1 only shows Gateway logging, no SRF errors, i.e. there is no obvious technical crash, but rather a systematic “zero data” situation from the SRF runtime perspective.
